Thank you for shopping at our Ankrd Soul online store! If you are looking to return or exchange your order for any reason, we’re here to help! You can return your item for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
We offer a refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, a refund and/or exchange of any kind will not be offered.
Eligibility for Refund or Exchanges
Your item must be unused and in the original condition as you received it, no signs of wear or use.
The item must be in the original packaging and must have the tags still on.
To consider your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, discounted or sale items are final and cannot be returned.
If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a return credit for the value of your return
Note: You can receive an additional $5.00 in purchase value with a new item using your return credit
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to our error. Return shipping due to our error is free for exchange items.

Exempt Items
The following are exempt from refunds:
Used items, tags missing or signs of wear or use
Items that were discounted or on sale
Gift cards and/or gift items not shipped directly to you
Some health and personal care items
Partial Refunds
Any item not in its original condition
Any item that may have been damaged during shipping and not due to our error
Any item returned within 30 days after delivery [No refunds after 30 days]
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your retuned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
It can take up to 30 days for us to receive and process your return/exchange. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment
Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund
Late or Missing Refund
It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have not received your refund by the timeframe stated we recommend first checking your bank account again, then contacting your credit card company.

Ankrd Soul ships all of our orders via either USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL depending on your location and order request. You will receive an email update with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
Processing and Delivery Times:
All orders are processed within 3 days. Standard shipping typically takes between 3-8 business days for destinations within the United States. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Additionally, nationwide, and global shipping delays (such as those caused by COVID-19, holiday volumes, or inclement weather) may impact your estimated delivery date.
Tracking Your Order:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your order. Once you receive your tracking number, please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update.
