If you are looking to return or exchange your order for any reason, we’re here to help! You can return your item for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
We offer a refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, a refund and/or exchange of any kind will not be offered. Eligibility for Refund or Exchanges
Your item must be unused and in the original condition as you received it, no signs of wear or use. The item must be in the original packaging and must have the tags still on. To consider your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Only regular priced items may be refunded, discounted or sale items are final and cannot be returned. If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a return credit for the value of your return Note: You can receive an additional $5.00 in purchase value with a new item using your return credit
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to our error. Return shipping due to our error is free for exchange items. Exempt Items
The following are exempt from refunds:

It can take up to 30 days for us to receive and process your return/exchange. Ankrd Soul ships all of our orders either by USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL depending on your location and order request. You will receive an email update with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
USPS Priority Mail Express for expedited services in the U.S.
Ankrd Souls uses USPS Priority Mail Express for expedited service request. Priority Mail Express features next-day delivery to most urban locations in the U.S. and two-day delivery to some rural locations.
DHL for International Shipments
For international shipments, Ankrd Soul uses DHL. DHL is the best for international deliveries. However, if you live in an area where a DHL drop-off point isn’t accessible, we will use FedEx. Customs taxes will be added to shipping cost. Contact us as if shipping outside of the U.S. as customs taxes and/or additional shipping charge and optional-service fees may apply. Processing and Delivery Times
All orders are processed within 3 days. Except for international shipments, standard shipping typically takes between 3-8 business days for destinations within the United States. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Additionally, nationwide, and global shipping delays (such as those caused by COVID-19, holiday volumes, or inclement weather) may impact your estimated delivery date.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your order. Once you receive your tracking number, please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update.
